Can I request custom posts?

Absolutely! We are happy to create custom posts by request. Common requests include Open Houses, Closed Deals, New Listings, Properties Under Contract, and Client Reviews. Just send us an email with all the deets. We’ll take it from there.

Can a custom post replace one of the standard four posts in a given week?

Unfortunately, no. Our model is based on simplicity and affordability for our clients. In order for us to provide high-value content at a discounted pricing structure, your four posts must be consistent with that of your team. We are more than happy to accommodate custom or additional posts by request.

Do you recycle post content for other clients?

Many other content providers in our space, provide template-based content with little to no branding. The content in our Team Plan and Individual Plan is curated to be on brand all the time. Our content is relevant, topical, and educational. Because of this however, it is possible that we will provide similar content to other clients. That said, we’re meticulous planners. We won’t schedule similar content in the same market at within an 8-week window. The only time an exception to this rule would occur is in the event of important, time-sensitive changes in the market that buyers, sellers, and investors need to be made aware of immediately.

Since the content in our Starter Plan is tailored to be a cost-effective solution for those on tight budgets, it’s very possible that the same content would appear verbatim on another’s feeds.
